Honda EU20i Generators – Camping Generators

Setting a new standard in portable electricity, the EU20i features a microcomputer-controlled sinewave inverter that guarantees commercial-quality electricity – making it ideal for use with frequency sensitive electrical equipment such as computers.
It also uses a high-speed multi-point alternator that is integrated into the engine itself. This Honda developed technology reduces the overall weight and size by 25% to 50% compared to similarly classed conventional models, making it very portable.
The EU20i also features an Eco-throttle which adjusts the engine speed to meet the load demand. This increases fuel economy whilst also reducing noise as the engine is not required to run at full capacity unnecessarily.
The generator is Parallel Connection capable. This feature allows two EU20i’s to be quickly and easily linked using a special parallel connection cable to double your output to 4Kva. It is powerful enough to be used in a wide range of home, recreational and professional uses, whilst maintaining portability.

Volunteer’s John Deere mower stolen
Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010COORANBONG Park’s garden maintenance champions Max Shanks, Bill Vandenberg and Ray Short are back to having the grass grow under their feet following the theft of their year-old community purchased mower last weekend.
“We thought the maintenance shed was like Fort Knox but thieves used bolt cutters to gain entry sometime between Thursday and Saturday,” Mr Shanks said.
“It was a beautiful mower, top of the range John Deer Model X320 with a 48-inch cut.”
The trio, all in their 70s, featured on the front page of the Lakes Mail in January last year as having cut their last blade of grass because their 15-year-old mower was worn out and council’s policy doesn’t allow the supply of equipment to volunteers.
The story roused locals into action resulting in a brand new professional quality mower being bought for their use after two Cooranbong community groups, Cooranbong Community Services Centre and Cooranbong Senior Citizens Association together donated $6000.
“The thieves also stole our Makita weed trimmer but they left the worn-out old mower. They seemed to know exactly what they were after,” he said.
“The equipment is all under the responsibility of council, so hopefully it will be insured.”
The serial number on the stolen machine is MOX320A95364.

John Deere launches new Z-Trak™ Pro 900 Series Mowers

John Deere is making the choice a little easier with its latest line of commercial mowers, the Z-Trak™ PRO 900 Series.
“The new Z-Trak™ PRO 900s are the most productive, smoothest operating, easiest to use mowers we’ve ever built”, said Rene Lubbers, John Deere’s tactical manager, commercial mowing. “The Z-Trak™ PRO 900s, offer a commercial, two year bumper-to-bumper warranty with unlimited hours — proof that John Deere is confident in the series.”
Designed and developed in response to customer input, the seven models in the Z900 line-up feature the legendary, durable 7-Iron™ Pro deck with stamped, seven-gauge steel, full-wrap reinforcement and Mulch-on-Demand™ capabilities. With top mowing speeds of 16.8 or 19.3 km/h (10.5 or 12 mph), each model has the power and performance operators demand.
For superior controllability, the Z900s include a new, ground-drive transmission featuring a piston motor, internal wet disc brakes and a gear reduction final drive, providing more torque to the drive tyres. Users will also appreciate the Comfort & Convenience package with ergonomic control levers including built-in PTO shutoff and electronic deck raise and lower. And for effortless operation, the series offers dial-in height of cut adjustment on the control panel, on-board self-diagnostics, run-flat tyres and John Deere’s exclusive Brake & Go system.

The increased engine displacement 16.4 kW (22 hp) model is available with a 48- or 54-inch deck and comes equipped with a gas-powered, air-cooled Kawasaki engine.
Z920A
With a new 19.3 kW (26 hp) engine, the Z920A is equipped with a 48-inch Mulch-on-Demand deck.
Z925A
For maximum value, this model features a 20.1 kW (27 hp) engine and two deck options: 54-inch Mulch-on-Demand or 60-inch standard.
Z930A
For long engine life and added durability, the Z930A features an air-cooled, 21.6 kW (29 hp) engine, available with a 60-inch Mulch-on-Demand deck.
